Patient Care Representative

Location: Newmarket, ON

Schedule: Part-time – Full-time – Call Centre

The Opportunity

The Patient Care Representative will handle inbound calls from Dawson’s existing and new patients.  The PCR (Patient Care Representative) is an educator, a problem solver, a friendly voice for our patients who need care and compassion and ambassadors of the Dawson value system. Our PCR’s ensure that patients are teamed up with the right practitioner, in the right location to receive the Dawson standard of care, excellence.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Appropriately assesses, plans, implements and evaluates services for patient care
  • Performs all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
  • Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
  • Providing consistent patient experience during hygiene visit

Job Summary

Location: Toronto, ON (downtown)

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Planning & Execution
    • Build and execute plans to improve daily operations of the practice ensuring maximum productivity, operational excellence & efficiency
