Dawson Dental Guelph South is located in the steadily growing south end of Guelph on Gordon Street near Harvard Road. We are a prime location for university students and new families moving into the area. Our Dawson Dental Centre location has plenty of free parking and is just steps from a city bus stop. Our newly renovated and modern practice is proud to offer early morning, evening and weekend appointments to suit your busy schedule and we’ll bill your dental insurance electronically with direct billing, when available. In-office, you’ll enjoy complimentary WiFi, a beverage bar in our patient lounge, TV‘s in every room, relaxing waterfall features and a kid’s playroom, equipped with a nanny cam, so you can watch your kids play while you’re in the chair.

We accept all new patients and student plans. Emergencies are always welcome the same-day.

Dr. Parisa Eghbalian, DDS

Born and raised in Iran, Dr. Parisa Eghbalian, graduated from Tabriz University of Medical Science in 2001. Prior to immigrating to Canada in 2010, Dr. Parisa worked as an associate for nine years.

Dr. Parisa continues to focus her career and on making patients feel as comfortable as possible. She understands the fear that some patients may experience. Luckily she is able to provide oral conscious sedation to help alleviate anxiety. Dr. Parisa is also fluent in Persian (Farsi). In her spare time, she enjoys reading and watching movies with her husband and young daughter.

Dr. Farhat Khan, DDS

Dr. Farhat Khan graduated from the University of Toronto in June 2008 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. She received her Bachelor of Science in 2003 and Masters of Science in 2004. She previously worked in the Dental Emergency Clinic at the University of Toronto.

She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, and has her special way with children. In her spare time, she likes to read, travel, and stay active while spending time with friends and family.

Dr. Edward Gelfand, BSc, DMD, FICOI

Dr. Gelfand is the founder of the Dawson Dental Centres where he has been practicing since 1996. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston.

He has always been proud to provide up-to-date dentistry for his patients. With a special passion for cosmetic dentistry, Dr. Gelfand combines a scientific diagnosis of your smile with his precise artistic skill.

He has been performing smile makeovers for local residents and people flying in from all over the world. Many of Toronto’s Models are referred to him by six of the GTA’s leading agencies, and, most importantly, local clients referred by friends, family, and by their family dentists.

Dr. Edward Gelfand has dedicated his career to enhancing people’s lives both aesthetically and functionally.
