The opportunity:

We are currently looking to hire a Patient Centre Representative to join our busy and well-established practice. The successful candidate will have a passion for building strong patient relationships and contributing to their ongoing oral health. In this busy role, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from a strong team of dental professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Establishes life-long patient relationships through effective communication and patient education
  • Provides exceptional customer service with a focus on new patient onboarding and retention
  • Coordinates and communicates to ensure each patient visit runs seamlessly by gathering and recording accurate patient information and appointment details
  • Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
  • Managing patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Experience with Dental software programs is considered an asset ex. ABELdent & Dentrix
  • Clinical background considered an asset
