Questions were asked and they were answered, making possible that when I left the place I did not have any doubt about my financial planning and my treatments. Their Dentist and Dental assistance work very hard to keep the place clean and organise. I did not see a single patient with a sad face leaving that chair. I came here after a very bad experience at a dentist in Oak Ridges. Hala was always my hygienist (I love that they kept me with the same person as no other office had ever done that before), and not only from day one was she very good at her job and very professional, but she was SO friendly and easy to get along with. Hala always remembered little things about me and would ask how things were. Along with my regular dental work, I decided to do invisalign, and after my treatment, zoom whitening as well. The office was so on the ball with everything! My insurance was causing some issues but they assured me they would handle everything and not to worry (which they did!). Dr. Meyer was also fantastic as well as her dental assistant.I LOVE the email reminders and conformations instead of pesky phone calls! There are TV's in each room, the office is clean, comfortable and modern.Unfortunately I am moving to a new city which does not have a Dawson dental, but I would definitely recommend Dawson to a friend. read less

I have never had good experiences. But the I had my first appointment at the Aurora dental office, and I felt like they actually cared about me and they did not make me feel ashamed of the problems I have with my teeth. They actually made me feel comfortable and gave me advice on what I could do in the future and gave me a full assessment. For the first time in my life going to a dentist, the dentist there, a very nice lady, has taken the time to check every single one of my teeth, and had her assistant take notes while she described each one. The team there is so friendly and nice, now that I have this experience, they may very well be my dentist and my family`s dentist as well, for a very long time to come. And to top it all up, they have a playroom for when I will take my daughter there, and they have TV that you can watch your kid while in examination. I highly recommend them, way better than doctor sedor or this other chinese guy who charged us amounts that were not covered under my benefits without telling us. Dawson dental has direct billing, and they will let you know if anything is not covered and if you want to proceed. Love it, and the team is wonderful! great job, and the office is beautiful 🙂 read less
